Description
N 1:160 Scale
Year of manufacture: 1955-61
This family of historic 1:160 scale models gains a new classic member. The Magirus round hood launches as the last version that served as a fire brigade emergency vehicle. Back then, various sites had already chosen to paint the chassis white. Until 1963, the fire brigade experts from Ulm utilized the unmistakable alligator hood for the superstructure of the TLF 16 tank fire engine before it was superseded by the square hood.
Driver’s cab and crew superstructure red, chassis with fenders white. Brown ladders attached. Wheel rims black. Radiator grille with silver-painted frame and Magirus logo, headlamps, door handles and ornamental strips likewise painted silver. Imprint on the sides of the superstructure with black “Notruf 112” lettering on a white band.
Note – Model item, not a toy! Not suitable for children under 14 years.
