The company Kutter-HTS, which belongs to the Memmingen Kutter Group, is based in Helbra in Saxony-Anhalt near Halle / Saale. This special combination of a construction tipper with a Goldhofer TU-4, which is loaded with a Hamm DV 90 roller, complements the series of cutter vehicles at Herpa.
