Spedition Schmidt Gevelsberg from Schwelm now has over 130 years behind it. With two horses and a wagon, Ernst Schmidt founded a haulage company in Gevelsberg in 1893 to transport coal and building materials. The first international transports took place as early as the beginning of the 1960s. As part of the anniversary celebrations, new trailers were also purchased, which will also be released as a small special series in the second half of the year with various motifs.
