This dilapidated building can be used universally as a craftsman’s or farmhouse, workshop or small factory.
Real wood is used for the half-timbering on the upper floor as well as for doors, gates and windows. The lower floor has a weathered plaster facade, which is executed in a super-realistic 3D look. The matt surface has a rough character in terms of look and feel, which is true to the model. With replica of the natural stone facing at the corners.
The double leaf gate (opening 32 x 32 mm) is equipped with moveable hinges.
