Three-storey residential building with a gable roof, dormers, a balcony and a driving school on the ground floor. After demolition work on the neighboring property, one of the outer walls is secured with supports. A wooden fence is included to secure the construction site.
This kit contains: 109 individual parts in 7 colors, window film, 1 curtain mask and 1 set of building instructions.
