A Rüsselsheim limousine could be so sporty

Luminous paint was a must! The garish traffic yellow was an Opel bestseller at the beginning of the 1970s. The same applies to the Commodore B, which, given its limousine character, has been upgraded with the obligatory black vinyl roof. At that time, the Commodore B was considered a fully-fledged sports sedan for all those who wanted it to be comfortable and easy to run at the same time. In this way, WIKING has miniaturized the sporty variant of the Opel Rekord D in the usual filigree and prototypical manner. The Commodore B is identical to the Rekord D, only in terms of design did the Rüsselsheim designers reach into their bag of tricks and, thanks to the radiator grille and other visual refinements, turned it into a complete automotive package for ambitious six-cylinder fans.
