The townhouses on Schmidtstraße have been found on many model railway layouts for years. The road is now getting a little longer again. At the suggestion of an Auhagen seminar participant, a house with a shoe shop was built. The interior design of the shop and the design of the entrance with curved shop windows are particularly eye-catching. The grey roof provides variety in Schmidtstrasse. The second building is currently being renovated. The window panes are painted with white crosses to be on the safe side, as a sign that glass panes are inside! The carpenters are working on the roof structure. Material is transported upwards with a cable pull. The kit comes with a lot of construction site equipment: stacks of wood, trestles, windows, all kinds of tools and a gravel chute made of thick wooden planks. Warning corners are printed on the model of the trailer.
